The Corporate Legal Officer will report directly to the Director, Human Resource and work closely with the company Lawyer.

Duties:

·Assist Business Departments in drafting, revising and implementing Management Regulations

·Draft review and revise contracts, including business contracts and procurement contracts and any other legally related documents

·Consult over any issues relating to business operation and internal management in terms of the legality and reasonableness

·Investigate on the credibility of the potential client by reviewing the legal documents from clients

·Search and study laws, regulations, decrees  in relation to business operations and internal legal affairs documents

·Mediate when necessary between parties in a dispute with Company

·Attend all court proceedings and report to Management 

·Liaise with lawyers in various legal disputes and litigation or arbitration cases and manage relationship and reinforce the communication with external counsel

·Interface and liaise with the Legal Affairs Department of the parent company

·Proper filing and updating of case files

·Updating Management on all legal issues pertaining in the company through presentation of periodic reports

·Any other duties assigned by Management
