China Geo Engineering Corporation (CGC) Ghana Ltd was invited to join a meeting was held by Ghana Energy Commission on June 23rd 2016. Director Yang, Sun Liang, Emmanuel joined the meeting.
The meeting was held in Holiday Inn and the optic is to know the views and share or discuss the way forward to an effective and efficient use and share of technology between borders or countries. A number of renewable companies in Ghana joined the meeting and the total participants are about 300 people.
The Ghana Energy Commission had researched on various technologies that could help the country and showed to the participants. The problems they had found are as follows: Financial barriers, Market barriers, Lack of Human skills, Lack of information and awareness. Ghana Energy Commission hopes the renewable companies in Ghana and other companies or individuals who want to join the renewable energy industry can understand the current situation and faxing problems. They also hope to bring all the stakeholders together and discuss how the sharing of technology and ideas would be done effectively.
