Motivated by the desire to improve upon the health needs of Ghanaians, the government engaged Euroget, an Egyptian project management and financial group, to deliver nine hospitals nationwide, at a cost of US$686 million.

In April 2008, EDI signed a memorandum of understanding with Ghana represented by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Ministry of Defence to design, engineer, construct and equip nine hospitals with a total capacity of 1,310 beds.

The projects comprise one military hospital in Kumasi, one regional hospital in Wa and another one in Kumasi and district hospitals for Salaga, Nsawkaw, Tepa, Konongo, Twifo Praso and Madina.

We are building the Twifo Praso 60 bed hospital project. All employees work together to speed up the process and ensure the quality since we started the project. The joint efforts of our staff has gotten the attention of the Ghana President Mahama. Mahama visited the project on May 9, 2016 and made a speech at the construction site. First of all he thanked our company, all employees and our contribution. The people in and around Twifo Praso always hope to have a hospital nearby then they do not need to travel long distances to a hoipital for the emergency sick because a lot of people died on the way to the hospital. At last President hope we can work as usual and build a high quality of the modern hospital as soon as possible.
